Does Skyline work in my area?

90% of our tent and event rentals are within 20 miles (as the bird flies) of Concord and Carlisle. That being said, we do deliver to anywhere in MA. The only adjustment that will be made is to the delivery charge.

Set up and take-down

We typically setup Wed - Fri and take down Sun - Wed with consideration to your event date.

Unsure if the tent will fit?

We can take a look at some pictures of the yard for free. Send them over. Alternatively, we can come measure your space for you, but we charge $100 for the round trip and service.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel within 14 days or less to the event date, Skyline Event Rentals will keep 50% of the invoice cost. If we arrive on site with the equipment, and the tent doesn’t fit or your cancel, no refund will be provided.

How do you secure the tent?

We typically stake into the grass. If staking isn’t an option we can use water barrels (may have an additional fee). Please let us know if there are underground hazards like septic, gas lines, sprinkler lines, etc. We are not responsible for damage related to equipment installation.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery for orders over $350 within 5 miles of Concord / Carlisle. All other orders will incur a delivery fee.
